HEATHER'S REVENGE!!!!!!

On 5 Mar 12, Heather and I set out for our evening stroll and letter box hunt, some how she agreed to head back to the location of the snake encounter in an earlier letter box adventure. So in sheer excitement we headed back to the location that was home to the box named "Critter's: Funky Fresh Frog." The location was a park named Logan Farm Park which is home to a pond and a sport's playing field. Heather insisted we go to Funky Fresh Frog first since the sunlight was still abundant, so we paid close attention to look for snakes on our side walk trail to the box. As we made our way down the trail to reach the clue's stopping point Heather started getting a little uneasy as we had to leave the path to find the hiding location of the box. Although skeptic she left the path and followed the clues, although shortly into the search she had to go back to the path as the not so distant memory creeped back into her head. It only took a short while to locate the box, we moved to a wooden railing on the path, stamped the logbooks and re hid Funky Fresh Frog. The next box was also located at the park but on a different trail that neither Heather nor I knew existed. So we made our way back through the parking lot and made our way around the sport's playing field as the clue's took us. This was a awesome and calming walk as the trail was moss lined on the edge of the trail among numerous tall pine trees. The walk was about .7 tenths of a mile which lead to a fork in the path, at the fork was a playground to the left and a wooden bridge across a creek to the right. Heather and I made our way across the bridge as the clues directed us, at the end of the bridge we had to get off the path to locate the box named "Rock Box: As My Guitar Gently Weeps." It took only a couple of minutes to locate the box , stamp the log books and re hide the box. As we started our relatively short walk back to the car the sun started to go down which made the walk back even more relaxing and enjoyable. This was a really nice outing to end our evening and catch up on the days events. This is definitely a recommendation by Heather and I as this was a really nice trail. Thanks for another memorable evening Heather!

    2. Next time you are with us in GA, I will make sure you see the good parts about my great state. There is SO MUCH more to my little home than Atlanta...That I promise. I do hope you guys are able to come back soon. Perhaps in June for the gathering at RedTop? ((BIG SMILLE))... By the way this is Heather!
